Bad weather arrangement :
If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal
issued by the Hong Kong Observatory is in force at or after 7:00 am on the race day, the
races will be cancelled and shall not be rescheduled. If Tropical Cyclone Warning
Signal No. 1, the Red Rainstorm Warning Signal, the Strong Monsoon Signal or the
Thunderstorm Warning is issued at or after 7:00 am on the race day, competitors are
required to report to HKFYG SOTC. The race committee will decide whether the races should
proceed as scheduled, adopt the alternative courses or be cancelled in the light of the
prevailing weather conditions.

(i) If sailor is under 18, a Parent/Guardian Consent Form is required. Please complete and submitted to sotcjc@hkfyg.org.hk before the deadline as part of the application process.

(a) I understand the potential risk of participating the above activity and agree with the participation of the above participant(s).
